School is winding down

Well, I am finally trying to keep up with technology. I don't know if I am doing this more for myself or for family. Both are a good cause, so I will do my best to keep up with our lives. These last two weeks have been very busy for all of us! Rian has had her final choir and guitar concert. She did beautifully. It brings back a lot of memories of Jr. High and how much I loved choir. She is registered next year as a freshman and will be even busier, with two AP classes and the rest of the life of a 14 year old to keep us busy. She will spend the summer doing swim team and Jr. lifeguarding at the local pool. Phoebe finished her Spanish dance festival and after her play Guys and Dolls, is finally winding down. She will also be busy this summer with swim team. Isaac finish soccer and has started baseball with his Uncle Eric and cousin Nathan. He loves it and is getting rather good. Dave loves to play catch with him! He will also join his sisters in swim team this year. Lily finished her second year of Let's Play Music and is looking forward to being a 1st grader. she will enjoy swim lessons again this summer had will finish this school year's dance class in June with the recital of Sleeping Beauty. Nothing makes her happier than playing with friends and making letters for friends and family. She is quite the ham and keeps us hoppin'.
I am taking the summer off right after Girls camp is done the first week of June. Work, church, PTA, and family have kept me busy. I'm looking forward to just family for a few months. David turned 40 the end of April! Thanks to a great brother and his parents, he and Isaac flew down to ABQ to see Rush with Chris. It was a great birthday and the best "Man Trip" for father and son! David is still Jiffy Lubeing and in the process of finishing the basement. He does just about everything and we love that he is ours!
